This is useful if you are generating a humanoid bipedal character, with 2 arms and legs. This rig comes with extra objects if you want to export out depth, canny edge, etc for your ControlNet for AI. Although there is already Open Pose Editor tool for Automatic1111 and also ability to interpret pose from image, Blender rig openpose providing an extra additional control, just in case if you ever need to animate manually or using mocap data.
