I didn’t add the s to the apostrophe in the title because “hylsjest’s“ sounded like too many s’s... i really did not like the way it sounded when pronounced, so i decided to only use the apostrophe on its own
lyrics:
[occasionally]
Days are long but not far-gone,
it’s all kept with me...
Happiness and melodies,
torn friendship and misery...
[main chorus]
Buried deep in the folds and the forests of old
in my silently crumbling mind,
there are words upon words that I know I could find
if I only had the time...
Lost in the haze of long winter-wed days,
I go off and along on my own.
No one to hold me, or scold, or disown me,
with me, I’ve only my tombstone.
