UK’s BAE Blocked Over Israel Jet Parts As Minister’s “Pro-Palestine Police“ Attack Draws Backlash

Hundreds of trade union members blocked the entrances to a BAE Systems (BAES.L) factory in southeast England. Pro-Palestinian protesters called for an end to arms sales to Israel which has relentlessly bombarded Gaza since the Oct.7 Hamas attack. The protesters held up signs like “Stop Arming Israel“ and “taxpayers have blood on their hands“. They stood in front of one entrance where BAE tests and assembles electronic equipment used on military aircraft and in surveillance systems. #israel #uk #palestine #baesystems 00:00 - INTRODUCTION 02:28 - BAE HORRIFIED BY THE SITUATION IN ISRAEL AND GAZA 03:25 - UK GOVERNMENT FACES BACKLASH OVER MINISTER’S REMARKS Footage Courtesy: Reuters/AP/AFP n18oc_world n18oc_crux CRUX is your daily video news guide to the big events that are shaping our world.
