Empi (Flying Swallow) one of the oldest karate forms, belonging to Shorin school, originally called Wanshu after the name of its autor/ This short, beautiful form includes swift changes of directions, resembling famous in Japanise Budo Tsubame-gaeshi, or swallow-turn, as well as rare used rising punch, followed by low punch.
