During these interesting times, I intend to record some songs, that I hardly ever perform on stage. Things that I dearly like and sing to myself or my beloved ones, songs from all corners of the world. As I don’t ever play them on stage, it goes without saying, that I am not pretending to play perfect versions here. It is just a way of sharing some rare pearls in my homemade version Mélodie au crépuscule is by far my favourite of Django’s compositions. Whenever I pick up a guitar, within the first 5 minutes, I’ll find my self at the very least quoting this lovely melody, if it simply is not the first thing I play. How does it fit in, My off stage thing? Well, I hardly ever play the guitar on stage, let alone my own guitar, due to flights and there are often more than enough guitarists around anyway.
