1990 Bikini Contest at Penrods on South Beach

Couldn’t pin the exact year for this contest but I’m guessing it is around 1990. Penrods was on the beach in Miami Beach and they held a bikini contest for the tabloid TV show A Current Affair or as they called it, A Bikini Affair. I went there is search of potential models to work with and I shot some video which I’ve edited into this one hour movie. It’s a nostalgic look at what the styles were like some thirty years ago on the famed South Beach.
