Huogun 火棍

Jin Na Luo, (紧那罗) or, as he is also called, Luo Wang, is a legendary historical figure. According to the chronicles of the Shaolin Monastery, He lived in Shaolin in the 14th century and held the position of “overseer of the fire“, in other words, a stoker. At that turbulent time, various gangs of robbers roamed the country. One of these gangs (the“ Red Armband Army“) besieged Shaolin. The siege lasted for several days, and when the strength of the monks was already running out, and the besiegers were ready to break into the monastery, Jin Na Luo grabbed a burning club from the stove, rushed straight into the midst of the attackers and drove the bandits away from the walls of the monastery with a burning stick. 👉 According to legend, this is how the taolu of the Huo gun stick appeared (in my video today). Currently, the only monk in the monastery who preserves this tradition is Shi Hengfu DaShi 释恒副大师 🙏, who received it from Master Gao Dejiang 高德江老师. 😰 Young monks and athletes prefer more beautiful and spectacular techniques, and perhaps soon this taolu will be lost. _ #kungfu #wushu #martialarts #wingchun #шаолинь #ninja #sanda #kungfu #wudang #hema #shaolin #fencing #kickboxer #少林 #功夫 #武术 #散打 #搏击 #boxing #kickboxing #fight #parkour #mma #karate #tkd #xinyiba #chinese #боевыеискусства #bjj #jkd
