Balance Training - Yoga & Tabata (HIIT) - dynamic stretching..

..& dynamic warmup drills led me into this type of quick but intense workout w/ a little SUP yoga in mind.. followed by a variety of HIIT/tabata combos - all w/ balance challenges.. ..not a trained yoga need stretching & like balance.. this is a fun workout & some of the most efficient training I’ve experienced. slowly worked my way up from less than 5% flexibility (training time) to over 1/3rd by including dynamic stretching w/ a variety of balance this vid, and whatever else comes to . Huge believer in incorporating a variety of balance/stabilization work for full body benefits which can enhance everything from injury prevention to elite level performance. *(also think this is one of the most important and oft missing ingredients for aging well.. we seem to more readily accept simple concepts like cardio for heart & lungs; resistance training to keep bones/muscles from shrinking; flexibility to keep muscles from shortening.......
