Hebridean Sailor’s Dance (The 1st of August)

’The First of August’, a fisherman’s dance from the Hebrides, interpreted as a sailor’s dance by Sergey Alferov, a UK-qualified Scottish dance teacher from Moscow, Russia. Four steps have been chosen, out of seven published by Ron Wallace in his Scottish step dance collection. The original tune performed by Ron Wallace and his band, accompanies the dance. The dance was filmed by Anna Kochetkova.
