A Ceres-1 launch vehicle (Y7, LUCKY 7) launched seven satellites from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, Gansu Province, China, on 10 August 2023, at 04:03 UTC (12:03 local time). Ceres-1 (谷神星一号) is a small solid propellant launch vehicle developed by Galactic Energy (星河动力) to carry a payload of up to 350 kg to low Earth orbit (LEO). According to official sources, the satellites Xiguang-1 01 (西光壹号01), Xingchi-1 B (星池一号B), Diwei Intelligent Emergency 1 (地卫智能应急一号卫), and Xi’an Hangtou 88, 96, 104 and 112 (以及西安航投88号、96号、104号、112号卫星) were successfully placed into the planned orbits.
