Ingredients:
chicken legs - 6 pieces
butter - 30 g (1 oz)
oil - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
FRY OVER MEDIUM FIRE 5 minutes, on both sides
onion - 3 pieces
mushrooms - 400 g (14 oz)
spinach - 200 g (7 oz)
bay leaves - 2 pieces
mustard -10 g ( oz)
white wine - 150 ml ( fl oz)
garlic - 20 g (0.7 oz)
salt - 5 g ( oz)
black pepper - 3 g ( oz)
OVER LOW FIRE 20 minutes, under the lid
sweet cooking cream - 200 ml ( fl oz)
OVER LOW FIRE 5 minutes, under the lid
for the rice pilau:
Basmati rice - 250 g (8.8 oz)
water - 700 ml (23.6 fl oz)
onion - 1 piece
spicy green pepper - 1 piece
bell pepper - 1 piece
carrot - 1 piece
canned corn - 100 g (3.5 oz)
salt - 5 g ( oz)
black pepper - 3 g ( oz)
boiled water - 400 ml (13.5 fl oz)
OVER LOW FIRE 15 minutes, under the lid
