30 min ABS-DOMINANT Bodyweight HIIT workout | No Repeat

In this 30 min ABS-DOMINANT Bodyweight HIIT workout as the title says we will be putting the focus mainly on the abdominals. We will have 40x movements in total and 20x of them are targeting specific abdominals, and the other 20x movements are Bodyweight Movements targeting the entire body and even in some cases the abdominals! We will be performing each movement for 35 seconds long and there will be a 15 second rest in between. After the first 20x movements there will be a 50 seconds water-break.
