Mercedes-Benz C280 W202 Fresh Air/Recirculation vacuum element replacement

I had a vacuum leak in Climate control vacuum system that was isolated to 2 functions, OFF and RECIRC. The vacuum pump would start working constantly anytime I would press these 2 buttons. This video shows how to replace the vacuum element operating the fresh air intake flap.
