The days are rainy, kids are going back to school, everyone is in a hurry, but the cool autumn nights are filled with silence and tranquility. On these cool autumn nights, having a warm and hearty dinner like lentil soup is very enjoyable, especially if this dish is served with local butter and freshly bitter orange juice. It becomes a delightful meal in itself.
