Izzet Dragovan is a modern Powerhouse

Izzet has been a strong color combo in modern for a long time, going back all the way to splinter twin and storm strategies in the past, but now it is a tempo based deck in modern, and delver is the way it is winning. It is now using the two new “delver’s“ of modern in ragavan, nimble pilferer, and dragon’s rage channeler, as the ways to take advantage of cheap cantrips and cheap removal to tempo out your opponents quickly and take advantage of the game with card advantage card selection, and finally leading towards your top end threat that kills quickly in murktide regent.
