This song is very special to me. It was the first song I sang on a stage in 2003, which started my journey as a singer. I performed it again in 2005 in front of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, which catapulted my career and made me realize the importance of music in preserving and promoting our rich culture. On this special occasion that marks the day His Holiness received the gold medal, I would like to share one of my favorite songs dedicated to His Holiness with all of you in celebrating the light he brings to all of our hearts.
