Fresh milk 100ml
Plain flour 70g / 1/2cup
Butter 30g / 2Tbsp
A pinch of Salt & Pepper
Topping
Ham
Horseradish sauce
Fresh herbs
6 cup muffin pan
Bake at 220°C / 430°F for 15-18 minutes
