Eileen Ivers & Immigrant Soul 7/17/09 @ Shenandoah Music Festival, features; Eileen & Buddy Connolly Buttons/Accordion & Fiddle play-off, Eileen & the I-Soul Boys tear the roof off....... cause the clouds to burst into a huge recorded in the rain & dark.,....a bit rough but captures some great moments..... Greg Anderson (guitar) breaks a string & his arm (almost), Buddy Connolly (accordion) breaks his hand (almost), Leo Traversa (bass) breaks a sweat (almost), Tommy McDonnell breaks out all over the drums (& later breaks out a few dance moves- video clip pending), and Eileen breaks into her trademark infectious smile that expresses all the joy & love of the music that just can’t be contained.
