ShenShi taijiquan demo

This style combines slow and fast movements. Well-known, in taijiquan people are mainly practicing slow (one of the aims is to achive proper relaxation). After mastering in slow, students start practicing fast movements. As a result movements become more faster then if you practice them just with applying physical force ’Li’. Master Shen Zhi demonstrates middle and fast speed in shenshi taijiquan.
