To the sound of church bells the happy couple walk out of the doorway of the church in Stoke-by-Clare, Suffolk. The groom, Mr I. G. Lindsay is presented with something by a woman standing to one side. The bride is wearing a long dress, a flower head dress and is carrying a small posy. They are followed by two bridesmaids who are carrying the train. People are lined up on either side of the path.
