Rain mars pageantry of historic ceremonial at St. James’ Palace.“ Saint James’ Palace, London. Carriages and troops travelling in procession down wide London road. Crowds at the roadside wear hats and carry umbrellas to protect themselves from the rain. Pan with one of the carriages as it turns a corner. More shots of the parade, guardsmen on horseback are prominent in the parade. Closer shot of the carriage as it comes around a corner. Officers walk out of building. Two officers from a Scottish regiment walk out of the building. An officer (possibly from the Hussars) and a padre walking. Naval officers and a man in court dress come out of the building.
