Crowds at the roadside wear hats and carry umbrellas to protect themselves from the rain. Pan with one of the carriages as it turns a corner. More shots of the parade, guardsmen on horseback are prominent in the parade. Closer shot of the carriage as it comes around a corner. Officers walk out of building.
