JSO Officer Punches Handcuffed Woman

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office terminated 26-year-old probationary officer Akinyemi Borisade April 28 after an incident involving a woman who was restrained in handcuffs. The Sheriff’s Office released this video, and says it shows Borisade punching a handcuffed woman April 27. Borisade was arrested on a charge of battery after the incident.
