People Didn’t Want Him, He Still Wagged His Tail And Looked Up At Us Hopefully... We saw a stray terrier in a small village on the outskirts of town. He was limping, skinny and covered in dirt and fleas. People here didn’t want him and constantly chased him way. Despite all, he was still wagging his tail and looking up at us with hopeful eyes.
