Creamy custard apples🍎 converted to creamy steam buns & mixing with mulberries for evening jam rolls

The sun peeps out amidst the fog after the rainy season. It was raining for last six months. Our house is surrounded by a mountain range. We could see the white clouds along with the mist floating here and there. The sparrows are still silent in cold. The pussy cat has no work. She is asleep whenever I see her. Saki even has no work. They do the same. They are growling and on a fight in a dream. I could see my friends struggling with the cold that makes them crazy.😬 Though we thought that the harvest of custard apple would not be that rich cause of the heavy rain poured during last few months, it was not like that. The red peel custard apple is sweeter than the green peel. To explain how sweeter that it is, It beats honey. I stepped through the mist to reach this fruity tree close by the fence. Well ripen custard apples were so big that I couldn’t hold them in one hand. There were some ripen ones fallen on the grass and they were the yummiest and the sweetest.🌳 I thought of mixing the strained custard apple juice with Mango that father had bought from the fair on Sunday. Also, I added chia seeds to this yummiest drink to make it more tastier.🧃 The leftover of custard apple juice was used to prepare custard cream as I wanted to bake some buns for the teatime in the evening. Though I just wanted to make a little difference to the dish, the outcome was a surprise that it was beyond my expectations.🫢 The berry patch is fully red with the berries after the rainy season. It was such a pleasant view to see after few months. Even the patch was so pleased with its harvest. Birds are hunting the well ripen black berries and they are so good at that. These fruitful berries are mostly grown up well in the well drained and sandy loam. Better the soil more berries you harvest! There’s the life lesson hidden behind this. 🍃 I plucked a plate full of berries. The berries should be mixed with custard apple juice and should be boiled them by adding sugar. Then, you can enjoy a very tasty and fruity jam in few minutes.🍒🍷 I sliced the bread and spread the fruity jam. Then, I spread some egg yolk on the slices and baked them for 10 minutes. Uncle Sumith and the team were at work in the evening. They really need something to munch for teatime. He uses to appreciate me every time cause he knows that I would prepare a snack for tea time.😬🫢 Embrace the nature.🌾🌼 Be good, do good, enjoy this flying life and depart.. 👣 May Triple Gems Bless You!!!🙏🏽 With love, Poorna 💛🍂 💬 Did you enjoy this video?
