Todd Sucherman Mountain Solo in 7/8 filmed for Drumeo

“Mountain Solo in 7/8.” This was filmed by Drumeo on the top of a mountain in British Columbia that we reached via two helicopters back in 2018. I can detect just a touch of panic in my playing as I was soaking wet and truly freezing. I had played two full songs up there already and if I could just play one drum solo bit, we would pack up and head to some warmth! If I didn’t nail something quickly, we would have all ended up like Jack Nicholson at the end of “The Shining.”
