Rwanda installs hand washing points in Kigali in readiness for imminent Coronavirus outbreak

The tiny East African nation of Rwanda is guarding against the ’imminent’ spread of coronavirus by flooding its capital with portable wash basins at bus stops, restaurants, banks and shops across the capital, Kigali.
