This year I chose to make a gingerbread greenhouse because I have been dreaming of having a garden one day. I will show you from start to finish how I construct, cut, bake, assemble and decorate my gingerbread house. I used royal icing to make lace details, fondant for the plants and waffle cones for the trees.
