Laparoscopic medial iliac lymphadenectomy with ICG guide (sentinel lymph node resection) for a MCT

Laparoscopic sentinel lymph node resection with ICG guide. A perivulvar Mast Cell Tumor was revealed to drain in both the inguinal and medial iliac lymph node. Both the sentinel lymph node were removed and the iliac resulted HN2. Indiocianine Green guide permits to dissect around the lymph node sparring the ureter (see ventrally) and the iliac artery (just above the lymph node).
