It’s a challenging one and will take a lot out of you. Doing it 1-2 times per week will be more than enough to see significant progress! I burned over 800 calories during this workout, but i want to encourage you to not focus on the calorie burn, rather, focus on your hormonal response to the food that you’re eating. What do i mean by this? Calories in vs calories out is true, yes it will help you lose weight, but if you are eating processed foods all the time, you are going to run into a hormonal imbalance that will block you from dropping fat even when your calories are lower and you’re burning lots of calories during your workouts. Focus on having whole foods in your diet - unprocessed foods. This will make a world of a difference and will make you feel so much better during and after your workouts (and you will see results MUCH sooner!)
