Gunman Randomly Shoots at People Before Being Fatally Shot by Albuquerque Police

* (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) * Albuquerque, New Mexico — Albuquerque police released more details about last month’s officer-involved fatal shooting of 52-year-old John Dawson Hunter, suspected of firing shots into vehicles driving near his home in the Foothils area, killing one person and injuring two others. Those shots killed 31-year-old Alicia Hall and injured a 15-year-old girl and another individual on March 14. Police say Hunter targeted his victims at random as they pulled up to a stop sign near Tramway and Montgomery. Investigators were able to overlay the audio recording of the phone message with the video surveillance to determine the sequence of the gunfire.
