Displaced Palestinians in Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, complain of the harsh winter cold. “People will die if it rains hard, they won’t handle the cold“ says a displaced Palestinian in despair at the Rafah refugee camp as the temperature drops. The UN says more than three months of war have displaced roughly 85 percent of the territory’s population, crowded into shelters and struggling to get food, water, fuel and medical care.
