Delegates are seen chatting, listening to various addresses, speaking, applauding, etc. Amongst the delegates seen are Ernest Bevin, Mr Stettinius, Paul Henri Spaak, President of the UNO, Mrs Eleanor Roosevelt, Dr Eduardo Zuletta Angel, Dimitri Manuilski, Mr Gusev, Mr Dants, Tom Connolly, James Byrnes and Manuel Bianchi. Several long shots of the room as the results of the votes for various commissions are read, further voting announced and results being read. Note - date found in the old record 14/01/1946. It is unclear which sessions of the UN conference are filmed - there might be some discrepancies and confusion since the only source of information (and not too reliable) are the old records.
