Ratchet mechanism 38

Input: pink eccentric shaft. Output: blue shaft of ratchet wheel. The green bar is pivoted on the eccentric of the input shaft. The input shaft, green bar and yellow V-shaped rocker create a four bar linkage. The orange pawl is controlled by the beige cam and prevents the output from rotation in both directions during pause stages of the output.
