QIGONG exercise - Push the Boat against the Stream - Nei Yang Gong

Demonstrating the Qigong exercise “Push the Boat against the Stream/River“ (Nì Shuǐ Tuī Zhōu - 逆 水 推 舟) from the Nei Yang Gong (“Inner Nourishing Cultivation Energy Work“) System, intermediate level series “Transforming the muscles and sinews, regulating the Qi“ (Yì Jīn Xíng Qì Fǎ 易筋行气法 ). This exercise uses the Soft breathing method and promotes Yīn 阴 energy.
