1940 Boeing 450 Stearman piloted by Vicky Benzing during America’s Airshow 2023 at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in San Diego, California. 450 Stearman was manufactured in Tulsa Oklahoma in 1940 by the Boeing Aircraft company for use as a military trainee. It served during World War II at bases in Mississippi, Georgia and Alabama, where hundreds of pilots leaned to fly it.
