Scroll down for more info: These beautiful carousels are just so fun to make and easy process. Here’s how to do it: 1. Bake 2x7 square cake or 2 x hexagonal for base of carousel (If real cake). 2. Trace and cut templates into 600g cardboard paper for base, roof and side decoration. 3. Cut a 10“ circle out of a Styrofoam sheet. 4. Hot glue them together. 5. Decorate with fondant or scrapbook paper. 6. Make decorative pieces with fondant or hot glue. 7. Paint with food colour or acrylic paint.
