Sassy Nurgling part 06: Rigging and skinning

Crafting Sassy Nurgling: A Warhammer 40K Tribute 🎨 In the grim darkness of the far future, there’s still time for art! Join me on an epic 12-hour journey, condensed into a timelapse, as I bring to life the fan-favorite Sassy Nurgling from the Warhammer 40K universe. 🏁 The Process: From a mere sphere in ZBrush to a final game-ready asset, this project is a battle worthy of the Emperor himself. Or at least a Chaos God! 1️⃣ ZBrush: The adventure starts with sculpting a highpoly model, where the Nurgling began to reveal its sassy charm. 💁‍♂️ 2️⃣ Maya: With the GN Import/Export tool bridging the gap, I then used Maya to retopo the highpoly model into a low-poly framework. Just as a Tech-Priest engineers the perfect machine, perfection was key! 🛠️ 3️⃣ RizomUV: Next, I sent the model to RizomUV for those perfect UV’s. Faster than a Warp jump! 🚀 4ʊ
