Manitobans elect NDP majority, First Nations premier
The Manitoba NDP and its leader Wab Kinew has won the provincial election, unseating the incumbent Progressive Conservatives. Kinew is set to become Canada’s first First Nations provincial premier. Tory leader Heather Stefanson says she plans to step down as leader.
