Aerial Yoga: Grounded Flow

This is a grounded Aerial Yoga flow using the Aerial hammock as a prop to deepen the understanding of traditional yoga postures. It’s always fun to throw in a little fun non-traditional play time also! I love to use this prop to experience traditional postures with a different perspective. Taking urdhva padmasana and pindasna inverted is helpful to find different physical exertion points and experience the posture gravity free. This will translate to the floor practice and hopefully assist in finding a bit
