🐣🐰 IN THIS VIDEO 🐰🐣 Sangmorakot is a traditional gym where you can train amongst resident Thai and foreign fighters and the atmosphere is great - giving and friendly. The instructors care place an equal emphasis on progression whether or not attendees are long term fighters or walk-ins with extra effort and tips on technique , all the while amongst a structured session. With a location amongst the temple ground of Wat Sitaram, Sangmorakot can be easily missed from the main road, so be sure to go into the grounds of the temple. Morning sessions start from 7am and run to 9am. Afternoon sessions begin at 3pm and end at 5pm. The gym is not strong on social media, so please note.
