This is a visualisation of all the commercial nuclear reactors in the world from 1954 to 2021, sorted by top 15 countries, with operational status. The list only includes civilian nuclear power reactors used to generate electricity for a power grid. All commercial nuclear reactors use nuclear fission. As of September 2021, there are 439 operable power reactors in the world, with a combined electrical capacity of about 390 GW.
