HA-MPB, Kamov Ka-26 - Blade Tracking Procedures, Test Flight

Basically, each blades get different colors (3:35) (No1.: red, No2.: green, No3.: blue), the point is to make them run on the same track so to make the three colors as close as possible to each other on the indicator.
