Skype learned of two teenage girls with an extremely rare condition that caused them each to be born without part of their left arm. Their moms found each other online to help themselves and their children feel not so alone in the world. The two girls ultimately became best friends despite living on opposite hemispheres thanks to weekly video chats. Fifteen-year-old Sarah Stump from Nappanee, Indiana and 16-year-old Paige Taylor from New Zealand have been communicating for years through email and Skype to cope with their daily challenges and bond over their shared difference.
