Polyphonist - Etude After Chopin Prelude Op. 28 No. 20 (imitation of Chopin Etude Op. 25 No. 12)
EDIT January 15th, 2021: The author of this etude has now been discovered to be Piano World forum user Polyphonist, who made this post () sharing his etude, along with a link to the sheet music and a recording (the latter of which appears to be now unavailable unfortunately, although commenters on the post have pointed out it may just be a MIDI anyways).
