For here is a little ground covering perennial, that spreads out to form a carpet of soft mint-green crinkly textured leaves with a creamy white edge. Even better it sets with lots of GORGEOUS short, bubblegum pink flower 🌸spikes bloom in mid to late spring and periodically at other times during the growing season. Tolerating moist sites and soils with a high clay content, it performs and thrives in all but excessively dry situations. It is perfect for clothing sloping banks and hillsides and helping to combat soil erosion, or on a smaller scale it makes a lovely dependable item for the fronts of beds and borders, and on smaller sites, just one plant will make a gorgeous mat of low maintenance cover.
