WJC BARCELONA 2012 HAMMER

The French girls Alexandra TAVERNIER (world leader) and Alexia SEDYKH , (World youth champion) , were expected to win medals and they did a 1-2 double . Alexia was the 1st leader with 67,34m but Alexandra, only 4th after 3 rounds ,did not panic and had a huge PB throw and new national record with 70,62m at her 4th attempt .
