Matt Garrison Talks About His Effects Setup For Touring With Jack DeJohnette and Ravi Coltrane

Matthew Garrison is a legendary bassist who has played with everyone from John McLaughlin to Herbie Hancock. Here he talks to fellow Epifani Artist KJ (The Oddysy) about his touring effects setup. When he’s on the road with Jack DeJohnette and Ravi Coltrane, Matt runs his bass through Ableton Live. He controls the digital effects including reverb, distortion, a panner, and a looper via his Keith McMillen 12-step pedal board. Matt and KJ are playing through the Epifani UL 901 bass amp and DIST2 dual-impedance bass speaker cabinets.
