Delayed monsoon hits Delhi; heavy rain leads to waterlogging, traffic jam

The long-awaited monsoon arrived in the national capital on July 13. The southwest monsoon brought respite from the scorching heat. The Southwest Monsoon usually covers the entire country on July 8. Heavy rainfall led to traffic in several areas in the national capital. Traffic was reported from Dhaula Kuan, Azadpur, Kalindi Kunj flyover & others. Heavy rainfall also resulted in waterlogging in several areas in Delhi. Watch the full video for more.
