The 7th edition of The World Electronic Music Awards will take place in Las Vegas (Dates will be announced Shortly). A two-hour primetime TV show will be broadcast in 120 territories worldwide. The key award categories are Artist of The Year in Europe, Asia, North America, and World Artist of The Year. The live show will feature international superstars from cinema, TV, and social media, with the world’s biggest DJs and Artists collaborating and showcasing the best tracks of the year during the two-hour live show. The worldwide livestream will feature behind the scenes, red carpet, interviews, and post show reviews. The first World Electronic Music Awards, then known as The Dancestar Awards were launched on a grand scale in the year 2000 at Alexander Palace, London with over 5,000 industry attendees and 21 TV Cameras capturing every angle.
