GAEA -- Awesome New Terrain Creator (with free version!)

GAEA is a newly released terrain generation tool, just out of early access. Using either a stack or node based graph approach, you can easily create complex terrain height maps or polygon meshes using GAEA. Best of all, there is a usable for commercial projects free version available. Link:
